Mission.
Our Mission is to promote adequate and affordable housing, economic opportunity and a suitable living environment free from discrimination, in Warren County, Iowa. We accomplish all of this through the Section 8 – Housing Choice Vouchers program.
Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program
The Section 8 - Housing Choice Voucher program provides monthly rental assistance payments on behalf of low-income individuals and families, including the elderly and persons with disabilities.
Program Participants
You must notify WCHA of any change while on the program. This includes: income, family composition and most importantly contact information.
